Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days — we'll notify you by email if there's a significant delay beyond our stated timeframe.

Shipping Times
Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 10–12 business days, depending on your location. Please note this is an estimate, not a guarantee — delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Total Estimated Delivery Time
Order Processing (3 days) + Shipping (10–14 days) = approximately 13–17 business days from order to delivery.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

Damages
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contactignyx2@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item's condition. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to resolve it.

Delays
We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, natural events, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist.
